On family vacation, traveling to state parks. Had previously spent a couple days at a disappointing “inn” style motel in another town; after that experience and a long day hiking at the park nearby, this hotel was like the greatest thing we’ve ever been to. Staff was extremely friendly, everything was super clean and they had laundry facilities to use.

Very friendly staff. We just traveled over 6 hours and arrived around noon. Thye had no issue allowing us to check in early. The hotel and room were immaculate. Husband and daughter enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Front desk employee at check in was fantastic (Sept 1, 2023) sorry I did not get her name. She also went out of her way to come to our room and open the sofa bed when we couldn’t figure it out, then brought us an extra pillow for it. Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the pool and hottub after a long 6 hr drive. Breakfast was decent. Waffles, sausage, eggs, bagels, cereals etc. Very close to Letchworth State Park. Definitely a good choice.

Breakfast was good, it had every we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The room and bathroom were both a good size, immaculately clean, and in excellent condition. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay again.

The facility was very clean. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was monitored by a very nice host that refreshed food and kept tables clean as guests finished their meal. The rooms and pool/hot tub area were very nice. Location was very conveniently located near Letchworth State Park. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s very convenient to Letchworth State Park. It’s comfortable, friendly and breakfast until 10am - which my teenage son appreciated. We enjoyed sitting outside at night and listening to the crickets. Overall, a very positive experience, thanks to all the staff!

The staff was very friendly, especially Diane at the front desk. The breakfast was hot and tasty. The breakfast staff kept items filled and even extended time for late sleepers. The beds were extremely comfortable. The rooms were very spacious.

Location was excellent for where we were going.For out in the middle of nowhere I couldn’t of picked a better place. It was up to date, clean and spacious. Breakfast was included with both hot and cold to choose from. Waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, assortment of juices. A convenient store next door and a restaurant. Definitely a must stay if you are heading for Mount Morris.

Breakfast options were good, including scrambled eggs, yogurt, English muffins, and cereals. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, and shower water was sufficiently hot.

Pool (indoor, relatively small) and hot tub were the perfect way to relax after a long trip! the hotel is a very short drive away from the north entrance to Letchworth State Park (our destination for the next day), perfectly positioned. Staff is super-helpful; Andrew at the front desk explained all the details, answered our many questions, provided us with a map.
